Erro ao extrair Agente

Amigos,

Eu consigo baixar o arquivo do agente do site, mais quando chega no momento da extração do agente... apresenta o erro em anexo.
Os arquivos começam a serem baixados na pasta do "Remotely" no windows, mais com esse erro da imagem os arquivos não são salvos e fica só o arquivo executável do agente na pasta no windows.
Eu estou usando o Windows 11 original.
