Basic User and Admin Privilege Server Upgrade Notice and Actions Drop Down.

Great works on the upgrades and stability of Remotely! This is amazing!

I just upgraded to one of the latest versions and have a suggestion.

I notice that basic users and Admin get the notification for server upgrades could that be something that only admins receive? Can basic users upgrade the server?

Also probably a more complicated suggestion.

Can an option to set Actions in the drop down be created for basic users? Giving users the ability to easily and mistakenly uninstall the software is not ideal at least for some of the user I know :) Plus adding the ability for more complex custom actions could be a cool feature.

Done means upgrade notices are restricted as requested and basic-user actions can be limited without exposing uninstall operations; the proposed custom-action extension remains broader scope.
