On search results, reset page at the top of the resource being collapsed

Feedback from ESIP summer workshop:
When using the show more/show less link for each result, you need to scroll down to click “show less” and then scroll back up to look at the next search result. It would be helpful if the page could reset at the top of the resource that is being collapsed.

Start by locating the search-result implementation for the show more/show less links. Verify the current scroll behavior when a resource is collapsed, then make the page return to the top of that resource so the next result can be reviewed without extra scrolling.
