New contributor organizations do not display in the MD results

Whether adding a new contributing organization (to the Organizations CV) by editing the CV itself with the dmtc-devel.org/api/vocabularies edit function or from the editing record submission form, after saving the record, the organization name does not appear. What appears is "() -". The new organization name should appear in the newly saved record regardless of the function used.

Reproduce the issue through both the Organizations CV vocabulary edit function and the editing record submission form, then trace how a newly saved record is rendered in the MD results. Done means the new organization name appears in the saved record instead of "() -" through either entry point.
