Description
When the URL alias is included in the registration of an organization name, e.g., for the European Commission's FOSTER, an error is thrown as location not found. Would like to find a way to include these, if possible, for both organizations, and ORCIDs for People names.

Research direction
No files or tests are named. Start by locating the organization-name registration and location lookup entry points, then reproduce the failure with the European Commission's FOSTER alias. Done means aliases work for organization names and the requested People ORCIDs without the location-not-found error.
