Description
Unable to display the apostrophe in a name such as "O'Donnell". What happens is that the hex characters display and are not converted. Doesn't work either in DMT - Personal Names or DMT - Organization names. Have not tried in titles to my recollection.
Have worked around the problem by putting a space between where the apostrophe should be, e.g., "O Donnell". Not ideal. Example: Megan O Donnell

Research direction
Start by reproducing the apostrophe display problem in DMT - Personal Names and DMT - Organization names using the example "Megan O'Donnell". Trace where the name is rendered and confirm that the apostrophe appears normally rather than as hex characters; the issue is done when both name forms display correctly.
