Cropping and Rotating

The cropping and rotating has stopped working (for me and the live demo)

If you crop and then rotate the cropping is reset and the image is stretched.

I noticed that it works correctly if using 'rotate' instead of 'srotate' but if you rotate and then crop then it crops the wrong area.

This is happening in IE, FF and Chrome.

Reproduce the issue in the live demo using both crop-then-rotate and rotate-then-crop, comparing the `rotate` and `srotate` paths in the JavaScript image-editing flow. Done means cropping and rotation preserve the intended image area without resetting or stretching it in IE, Firefox, and Chrome.
