Investigate graph-maven-plugin

Right now we use maven-graph-plugin to render some dependency graphs for ImageJ2. That project is not active anymore, and there is a newer more active [graph-maven-plugin](https://github.com/jcaddel/graph-maven-plugin) project worth considering instead, which is [deployed to Maven Central](http://search.maven.org/#browse%7C-556558366).
