Description
The [Chocolatey packages for ImageJ](https://github.com/imagej/chocolatey-packages) provide only [ImageJ 1.x](http://imagej.net/ImageJ1), and have not been updated in awhile. Would be great to update them to use [ImageJ2](http://imagej.net/ImageJ2), and then automate their deployment using a Jenkins job.
