Description
As [discussed on the ImageJ mailing list](https://list.nih.gov/cgi-bin/wa.exe?A2=IMAGEJ;31836c41.1501), it would be great if there were a one-click download of plugin citations into your citation management software, similar to what PubMed et. al have. As a start, we could install the Biblio extension, but that may not be enough by itself to accomplish this goal.
