Update all info-boxes to use the new statbox

The `info-box` include's sidebar mode needs to go away. All uses of it will become front matter metadata for the statbox. The statbox might need to be expanded to support any fields in the info-box not already exposed as part of the statbox.

Start by locating the info-box include and the statbox implementation, then inventory every use of the info-box and the fields it supplies. Convert those uses to front matter metadata and expand the statbox for any missing fields; done means no sidebar-mode info-box uses remain and all existing information is preserved.
