Split ops2 into submodules based on external dependencies

Description
Ops2 depends on many external libraries, such as [imglib2-algorithm](https://github.com/imglib/imglib2-algorithm). It might be nice to split ops2 up into various submodules based on those dependencies, with Ops2 itself being the agglomeration of those submodules.
This might also require a separate module for the image-specific extensions of Ops (i.e. `RAI` adaptors, `TypeExtractor`s, and so on)
