Update AbstractOpTest to lean on new ImgLib2 utility methods

Description
As of imglib/imglib2#219, much of the functionality from `AbstractOpTest` is now available from `imglib2` itself. Let's update all the ops unit tests to make use of it, slimming down the Ops codebase accordingly.
