In ROI manager, stroke color and fill color cannot be set at the same time

In ROI Manager "Properties...", when I set both the "stroke color" and "fill color" for a roi, e.g., yellow stroke color and red fill color. After I click "OK" and check the "Properties..." agian, only the red fill color remains and the value of stroke color is "none". I am wondering what is the cause of this problem or any related information about this.

Start at the ROI Manager "Properties..." entry point and reproduce setting both stroke and fill colors on an ROI. Trace how the values are retained after clicking "OK" and reopening the dialog; done means both selected colors remain visible instead of stroke color becoming "none".
