Description
I would like to try and add some algorithm to this library. Would KAZE be a good idea? Is there a list of missing algorithms?

Another question, would SIFT and SURF belong in this library eventually?

Research direction
The issue proposes adding the KAZE algorithm and asks whether SIFT and SURF belong in the library. No source files, tests, or entry points are identified, so first review the library's existing algorithm coverage and determine the intended scope. Done would require a decided algorithm and implementation plan, which the issue does not yet provide.
