How to make a title pressable?

Thanks for the great package!

I was wondering if there was a way to make the title pressable?

e.g.

I'd like to press "Billable" and it would take me to a new screen.

The issue names no files or tests. Start by reviewing the chart title API and the current title-rendering and interaction documentation, then determine how a title callback or navigation hook should be exposed. Done means a title can be pressed to trigger the requested screen navigation without breaking existing chart usage.
