How to animate in the bars when the chart is first shown?

I would like the bars to start at zero and then animate into their actual positions for the initial set of data.

Start by locating the bar chart rendering entry point and reviewing how the initial dataset is displayed. Compare the current first render with the linked animation example; done means the bars visibly begin at zero and animate to their initial values.
