Obtain x,y coordinates onTap

Couldn't find a way to do this but is there a way to obtain the (x,y) coordinates on a tap?

**Additional context**
I am developing a forecasting application. The idea is for the user to "add" data points (forecast) starting from the area they tap on the screen

The issue does not name files, tests, or an entry point. Start by locating the chart tap-handling path and determine how a tap can expose its screen coordinates to the forecasting application; done means the requested x,y values are available when the user taps the chart.
