Cannot update to 0.92.0 because its version is 0.91.0

With User Scripts 0.9.1 installed, clicking on `Check for Updates` in IINA's settings reports `No update found`.

This is because the 0.9.2 release is reporting it is verison 0.9.1:

Open Info.json at the referenced commit and inspect line 4, then compare the declared version with the 0.9.2 release and the value used by IINA's update check. Update the metadata so the release reports its actual version, and verify that checking for updates from User Scripts 0.9.1 detects the newer release.
