When opening a video it doesn't start

**System and IINA version:**

- macOS 13.6
- IINA 1.3.3 Build 138

**Expected behavior:**
I open a video and it plays. Simple.

**Actual behavior:**
When opening a video the pause icon is on, but the video is not playing and it is on 00:00.
It start as soon as I move the bar forward for couple of minutes. Then I bring it back to zero and it plays. Did not have this with older versions.

Open any video

Every time

Reproduce on macOS 13.6 with IINA 1.3.3 Build 138 by opening any video and checking whether playback remains at 00:00. Compare the behavior with mpv and collect the requested mpv log. Done means videos start playing from the beginning without moving the playback bar.
