Website for students attending Literature club workshops

The Literature club is organizing workshops for the students who are facing difficulty in English. We can make a website for them where they can get tasks like "new words to learn" or some reading assignment on a day-to-day basis. In this way, they will get familiar with English everyday never lose touch with practice.
And if they face any difficulty while doing those tasks or if they encounter any problem related to the interpretation of any email/novel extract or any other source, where googling isn't useful, they can ask it directly on that forum, where members of literature club or anyone who is interested in helping can clear their doubts. In this way, they won't have to approach someone everytime they need help.

The issue names only a website, daily learning tasks, and a question forum; it does not identify repository files, tests, or an implementation entry point. Before work starts, clarify the MVP and acceptance criteria, then locate the project's web entry point. Done would require the agreed task and forum flows to be usable for students.
