Description
If there are documents in Final Review. For example, the documents in https://queue.rfc-editor.org/clusters/565/ are in Final Review. At the top of https://queue.rfc-editor.org/clusters/565/, there should be a link that says "For details about Final Review for documents in the cluster, see Cluster 565 final review (formerly AUTH48)"
