Description

In the Reference section, the link to the User Guide works, as do links to RFCXML elements.
However, links to Content Guidelines, kramdown-rfc, and RFCXML lists and references don't work. When the Vocabulary menu item is expanded, the user can't scroll down to see the full list of RFCXML elements.
