Description
Description
NomCom chair has to be able to send email using the official email (nomcom-chair-yyyy@ietf.org) which will not be published automatically on the IETF NomCom announcement webpage.
There are couple ways to do it
If NomCom chair selects Other email address, don't publish it automatically on the NomCom announcement webpage
If NomCom chair selects Other email address, add warning that the email will be published on the announcement webpage and offer option for the email NOT to be published on the announcement webpage.

Research direction
Start by tracing the NomCom chair email flow and the IETF NomCom announcement webpage behavior. Resolve which of the two proposed privacy flows is intended, then verify that an official chair email can be sent without being published and that the selected behavior is covered by tests.
