Strip common bin paths when searching for program

Description
It would be useful, if service would strip common paths for binaries (/usr/bin, /usr/sbin, /usr/local/bin, etc) when searching for binaries in man database.
For example, rsync -h most likely is the same as /usr/bin/rsync -h,
