Program dashboard / Manage Program / Users / Joined On column shows weird date in both Prod and QA
Steps To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
- Go to 'https://platform.icgc-argo.org'
- Login as
DCC Member - Click on any of the programs
- Click
Manage Program - Check the content in column
Joined On
Expected behaviour
It should display the correct date when the users joined the program.
