Feature: Support for Events Manager Pro Multi-Booking Mode (MBM)

The issue

Currently using MC4WP plug-in to build our non-profit's audience by having event attendees sign-up for our newsletters while registering for one of our fundraiser events. We use Marcus Syke's Events Manager (EM) Pro plug-in for the event registration. Your plug-in integrates nicely. The problem is that it ONLY WORKS in SINGLE BOOKING MODE. I am using EM PRO in Multi-Booking Mode (MBM). I need your plug-in to function in MBM.

How can we reproduce this issue?

1. Yes, I can duplicate the problem. I discovered the problem accidentally. I was having a booking problem in EM Pro when I switched the plug-in from Single Booking to Multi-Book Mode. This is when I discovered that when the viewer signs up for the MailChimp subscription, an email is sent to confirm the subscription. In Single Booking Mode, the confirmation email received. In MBM, this email confirmation is NOT received.

2. I did more analysis. Could the viewer still be getting activated on the MailChimp list even without the email confirmation? No. The view is never subscribed at all.

• WordPress version: 5.4
• Mailchimp for WordPress version: 4.7.7
• Relevant plugins in case of a bug:
  - Events Manager (base) Plug-in version: 5.9.7.3
  - Events Manager Pro Plug-in version: 2.6.7.2

The issue names no repository files, tests, or entry points. Reproduce the behavior with Events Manager Pro 2.6.7.2 in Multi-Booking Mode and Mailchimp for WordPress 4.7.7, then trace the booking integration; done means a registrant receives the subscription confirmation and is subscribed as in Single Booking Mode.
