Improve error message of: Python Evaluator Node

If i use the Python Evaluator Node and i kill the ChainForge service in my Python environment, i can still use ChainForge further, but if i want to use Python Evaluator Node i get logically an error, that currently looks like: Error: Failed to fetch.

It would be great to get a better error message like: you killed the service and because of that you can not execute Python code.
