Absence of the web and windows folder.

We all understand how versatile flutter is when it comes to running flutter projects. However, this project has two of its folders not being present(web and windows folders) which makes it difficult to run this nice project on the web and windows platforms that can be used to view the output flutter projects.

Start at the repository root and inspect the existing Flutter project configuration alongside the platform folders that are present. Check Flutter's web and Windows platform support, then verify that the project can be launched on both targets and that the requested folders are present.
