An idea, create an organization to cover more languages?

Like the title. I have an idea which is create an organization to bring dayjs to more languages.

I like dayjs. Because it's brief and practical and all APIs was designed just right. Also with the plugins system, I think it's can cover nearly all scenes.

So I came up with this idea. Inspired by dayjs, I have already build a dart version named [day.dart](https://github.com/g1eny0ung/day.dart).

I also look forward to having `day.rs` (in Rust), `day.clj`(in Clojure) ...... 😆

@iamkun What do you think about it? I am willing to help with the creation of this organization.
