**Describe the bug**
on `ArchLinux extra/chromium: 107.0.5304.110-1`
on `ArchLinux aur/google-chrome 107.0.5304.110-1`
I don't know if it's a problem with ArchLinux upstream building chromium or a problem with chromium itself. But at least it does have a bug here in dayjs.tz.guess()
