Description

**Describe the bug**
`tz.setDefault()` doesn't set timezone when starting bot and displays wrong time when using.

**Expected behavior**
I expected correct operation, after entering the time it was supposed to be displayed in the custom default time zone.

**Information**
- Day.js Version: 1.9.7
- OS: Ubuntu
- Browser: Node.JS app, not browser
- Time zone: GMT +01:00 Europe/Warsaw

Research direction

Start with the Node.js entry point that calls tz.setDefault() and reproduce the reported startup behavior using Day.js 1.9.7 and the Europe/Warsaw timezone. Compare the displayed time with the custom default timezone; done means the entered time is displayed in that timezone when the bot starts.
