**Describe the bug**
使用 `` 标签，光标位置和 preview 页面对不上
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. 正常的打开一个 markdown
2. 使用 `` 标签添加表格
3. 光标移动到 `` 标签位置
4. 观察 preview 窗口位置变化（无法和 vim 光标位置匹配）
