Dev log buffer does not scroll down to the last updates

Description
Hi, is there a way to make the `output:///flutter-dev` buffer cursor be always at the end when a change occurs so we don't have to move it manually every time to check that something is logged?
Weird behavior to me that it is stuck where we open it the first time.
