**Describe the bug**
The transcript widget is unable to load some of the user conversations.
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to Transcript page in the Power BI report
2. Click on the conversations
3. Error message comes up in widget
4. Error message :- **Transcript can not be loaded. JSON invalid**
