ReplyToID missing for some responses in ConversationTranscript table

We are unable to link the responses from the bot in the PowerBI as the ReplyToID is missing for some of the interactions in ConversationTranscript table. We also observed that ReplyToID is mainly missing for the DirectLine responses while it is present for the PVAStudio responses. We were able to see the responses till last month in PowerBI but something changed after. Just fyi, the session logs in chatbot are also missing the bot responses.


Start by tracing how DirectLine activities become ConversationTranscript rows and compare that path with PVAStudio responses. Check the recent transcript-handling changes and reproduce the missing ReplyToID using session logs or PowerBI data. Done means DirectLine bot responses retain ReplyToID and appear consistently in the transcript and logs.
