- 422lite版（RIFEv4.22_lite_0819）训练的框架是基于418的还是425的？
- 训练数据是adobe240fps、vimeo_setuplet、train_10k吗？
- 训练的epoch选的是150还是200？
- 数据增强部分方便发一下吗？
- update函数方便发一下吗？关心训练时scale的动态设计，以及损失函数的设计。
- 方便提供完整的训练代码吗？
