Description

### Steps to reproduce
1. Visit a webpage via via (see what I did there?), like: https://via.hypothes.is/https://www.nytimes.com/2019/03/12/us/college-admissions-cheating-scandal.html
2. Notice the text "WB_wombat_top" inserted inline with other text as in the screenshot below.

![College_Admissions_Scandal__Actresses__Business_Leaders_and_Other_Wealthy_Parents_Charged_-_The_New_York_Times](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/997548/54239341-266fda00-44d8-11e9-8901-7ef945d6b2a2.png)

### Expected behavior
Via should not add additional text to a webpage.

### Browser/system information
- H. Client: 1.139.0
- User agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_14_3) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/72.0.3626.121 Safari/537.36

### Additional details
- This behavior is not evident using the Chrome extension.
- Possibly related to https://github.com/hypothesis/via/issues/55
