Description
Proactive monitoring:
- Have anyone in the Support role subscribe to #eng-monitoring
- Create a status page for different services(via, bouncer, etc).
Reactive monitoring:
- Perhaps have the status page have backlogs as well so we can identify if there was a problem if the user wrote overnight or over the weekend.
- Depending on how we log issues, have internal access to logs with hypothesis username (acct:xyz@(lms.)hypothes.is) attached.
