Description

When creating an LMS assignment, the Google picker will display all documents the user has access to. Some of those documents will be shared with the user as "view only"; they do not have permission to change the sharing settings of those documents.

The LMS assignment displays the Google log-in instead of the text, and inputting an email results in the message "Your browser has cookies disabled. Make sure your cookies are enabled and try again.

Replicate:
1) Selecting a file via Google picker
Using Google picker, there’s no way to tell which of these files I own and which I do not. The first file (Fischer & Lindenmayer) is shared with me as “view only”.

2) After saving the assignment
Instead of loading the text, the assignment displays a Google log-in.

3) After entering an email address
Entering an email address (either the address that sent the file, or the address that received it) results in a message that cookies are disabled.

Pics are in Canvas; I was also able to replicate in Blackboard.
