Description
Per [Slack convo](https://hypothes-is.slack.com/archives/C1EQELNMS/p1526392712000499), it is possible to add Hypothesis to a website using Google Tags manager. Dan has requested a KB article outlining how to do this.
Note: we are currently unsure whether this works PDFs w/ H+PDFjs
