Description
User reports that when creating an assignment using a URL under https://www.plu.edu/pluto , the assignment will always open in the web app, not LMS. [HubSpot ticket here](https://app.hubspot.com/contacts/6291320/ticket/302014638/).
Note the following error in console:
**Confirmed in Sakai and Canvas. Reproducible in our Canvas instance: https://hypothesis.instructure.com/courses/92/assignments/1467**
