Feature requests for LMS activity views aka Project Vanessa

"Version 1" of Project Vanessa will be the minimal-but-most-useful version, and we'll add enhancements in the future from there. Let's use this issue to collect requests for functionality our users may want in the future.

For each NEW request, create a *comment* on this issue and link to the support ticket. When someone else requests this feature, edit the comment and add the new ticket to our existing list. If any given request gets a lot of traction, we'll create a dedicated issue for it in the product-backlog repo (as we've done for export).
