Possible issue with Canvas course groups and Canvas sections groups with multiple installs

An instructor has multiple installs of Hypothesis in Canvas, one with a Canvas Dev Key and one without. She seems to see a Section group in her Canvas assignment, but SpeedGrader is showing what I think is the old course group (which has no annotations in it).

Prior assignments have annotations in the Section and SpeedGrader showing the section group (with annotations visible).

Uncertain how to reproduce.

**Expected behavior**
My understanding of our behavior is that even after an institution upgrades to an install with a Developer Key, individual courses that have previously launched Hypothesis with course groups will continue to use those course groups instead of using the Sections groups.
