Investigate if we can send a more helpful title to the gradebook in Sakai

**Describe the issue**
In Sakai if you create an assignment, have a student enter it, and then grade it, the resulting column in the gradebook just says "Hypothesis". From there the instructor has to edit the name to match the assignment.

This is similar to how assignments are created; they begin with the name "Hypothesis" and the instructor must change their name after creation.

We should investigate if it's possible to send the current assignment name to the gradebook.
