in activity pages, display annotations in document order when url facet is pinned

### Problem you are trying to address with this feature

In the client the default is to show annotations in document order. In an AP view when an url facet is pinned the situation is analogous and I expect the same.

Here I'm seeing annotations in the order I wrote them as I reviewed a doc:


Here I'm seeing them in the reverse order.


### Your solution

First: Match client's default doc order in AP when URL facet is pinned.

Later: Provide Oldest / Newest sorts to match client.
