Description

I have a simple html Discussion application with 2 (side-by-side) iframes.
iframeSourcedoc = the document that will be Annotated
iframeSupportDoc = any reference document ( e.g., one that supports the arguments made in the Sourcedoc Annotation text)

1) Create an hyperlink within the SOURCE document's Annotation text
2) Click such an hyperlink >>> loads this supporting doc in iframeSupportDoc

Presently any hyperlink in an Annotation body opens in `"_blank"` (a new window)
the Annotator doesn't have access to specify `target=" "`

incidentally, the support docs can also be annotated
please advise - tia

Research direction

The issue names no source files, tests, or implementation repository. First confirm where Annotation text hyperlinks are rendered and how a target for iframeSupportDoc should be specified. Done means links from source-document annotations load the supporting document in iframeSupportDoc instead of opening a new window.
