Annotation content gets served as html in RSS/Atom entry content

## Feature Request Form
### Problem: Annotations composed in markdown fail to be interpreted when rendered by RSS reader.

### Solution: have the RSS/ATOM feed content be "The Markdown-rendered and HTML-sanitized textual body of the annotation" instead of the raw markdown

### Add tags - did you add labels?
