Create annotations/highlights via context menu

Expectation of how the interaction would play out:
- make a selection
- right click the selection
- select the annotate/highlight option under the Hypothesis leaf
- this will activate the sidebar into the comment editor state
- finishing would close the sidebar and leave no highlights
