Make link to the article I annotated more discoverable on activity pages

As a user on mobile I could not find the link to view the article I annotated. I only found it after noticing that the symbol was a diagonal arrow on my laptop. I kept clicking on the displayed article title/url wanting that to be the link. <-I think this is a much more intuitive experience.

Start at the activity pages and inspect how the annotated article title or URL and the diagonal-arrow link are presented, especially on mobile. Make the article link discoverable from the displayed title or URL, then verify that users can reach the annotated article without relying on the symbol.
